Payment Methods	Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and Checks.
We also accept	You may phone in your order if you prefer. Please do NOT email your credit card information.
Questions	If you have questions regarding your order, you must return a copy of your invoice with a note advising of the problem, you do NOT need an RMA.

Return	If you find it necessary to return your order, you must do so within 30 days., an authorization number is not needed.
Return Condition	All items returned must be in original condition, uncut and unaltered, together with the invoice or invoice number.
Refund Policy	If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, we will gladly work with you. In the event we cannot work out your problem, when above conditions are met, we will refund your entire order less shipping/handling charges.
Refund Policy	You may return your products for a full refund, less original shipping and handling charges and return shipping. Please choose the least expensive method.
No RMS/RMA Needed	An RMS/Return Authorization Number is not needed. Simply email us if you need assistance with your return.
Shipping Policy / Carrier	USPS is the default shipping method. On some occasions, an alternate method might be arranged if you call us prior to processing your order.
Exceptions to Shipping	Circumstances may require an alternate shipping method in some cases.

Unexpected Delays Shipping	Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to unexpected heavy ordering volume or during Holidays. We will ship your order as soon as possible. Otherwise, most all orders are shipped within 48 hours of a regular business day.
Production Schedule Unexpected Delays	When you place an order on a regular business day, depending on available inventory, we may have to cast your product order, which may cause a delay of up to 24 hours or more before shipping.
Sales Tax	Sales tax is applied on all orders within the State of Florida.
Phone Support	The best times to call are between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
Holiday Inquiries	All Holiday email inquiries will be handled beginning the first business day after a holiday.
Holiday Orders	We typically receive a high volume of email requests, please be patient and we will reply as quickly as possible.
Our Holiday Schedule	We will have our Holiday schedule online 30 days in advance of any upcoming Holiday.
Weekend Inquiries	All weekend inquiries are handled beginning on Monday and in the order they were received.
